Weekly diet update




First week of the new year is over and so is the first week of my diet, which went very well. Everyday I have some calories over, yay! I thought that I would eat a lot since I'm home and there's food everywhere but I didn't. I also rejected candy when people offered me. The only thing I have to do again is work out. If you know me you know that I'm a very lazy person so it will take me some effort to actually get to the gym but, I will do it. Starting next week. 

I forgot how amazing I feel when I eat healthy. During christmas and all of those days I felt very fat and gross so this is an improvement. I guess that I will also feel better if I start working out, it's worth the try right?

Let me tell you what I do to lose weight. I have this app on my iPhone called 'MyNetDiary'. The name doesn't give much away so I'm going to tell you what it is. 'MyNetDiary' is a calorie  counter. You have to fill in your current weight and your aim and the last thing you have to fill in is when you want to weigh that much. To keep it a bit realistic the app calculates when, at it's soonest you can weigh that much. Since I'm a very impatient person I chose for the soonest. After all of that the app calculates how many calories you can have a day. And of course you have to fill in everything you eat.
So, now that I've explained that maybe you're also interested to know why I want to lose some weight. That's because I've always been a bit heavier than everyone else. That made me very insecure, because I am insecure my confidence really isn't very high which leads up to me being the shy person I am. And that leads up to me not doing things that I want to do which makes a bit less happy. So this year I decided to be happy and lose some weight. My new years resolutions were; Losing weight, Having more confidence and be happy. I discovered that if I lose weight I will be more confident about myself and that will make me happy, so the only thing I have to do is lose some weight. Not that hard right?
